The location was convenient, with a 24-hour Carrefour just across the street, great for any late-night snack runs. However, I had several interactions with Gianluca that were quite disappointing. His responses to my questions felt rude and dismissive, which was frustrating. Even a simple request for more toilet paper turned into a hassle. Elizabeth, the receptionist, was great and responsive, but having a rude staff member dampened the overall experience. Still, the rest of the staff was attentive, and the other amenities in the apartment were quite satisfactory.

Plus, the Carrefour supermarket just across the road was incredibly convenient for snacks. The reception staff were responsive and very helpful during my stay.
